A bit of context
Employment Hero is a people management platform helping over 300,000 SMEs and more than 2 million employees around the world work better. With a strong presence in Australia, they were ready to scale globally—and needed a brand that could grow with them.
The problem to crack
Their existing brand felt generic and inconsistent—out of step with their ambition and momentum. To support their next phase of growth, they needed a clearer, more confident expression of who they are and what they stand for.
What we did about it
We redefined their brand strategy and identity from the ground up. At the heart of it all: the Hero—a persona that captures the purpose and personality of the brand, bringing a more human voice to the business. We paired this with a modern, flexible visual system and a tone that feels direct, optimistic, and easy to connect with.
